When used in combination with your favorite icing this helps to make the consistency and texture of the icing easier to work with and helps the icing last longer, delaying the breakdown many icings experience when they dry out.

Sweetex Hi Ratio Shortening

I LOVE that you offer the 3lb option of sweetex. It's very hard to find this specific shortening in anything other than a 50lb cube. It was super easy to order and I chose the expedited shipping and received it within 2 days. Very thankful for your company!!

Disappointed. I paid for three pounds of Sweetex but when I removed the plastic wrapping around the container and weighed it, it didn’t even weigh three pounds in the container. The scale should have been zeroed out with the container on it and then the product added. Then I would have received the three pounds I paid for.
